Chiasa meant to object, still frustrated with Florian's behaviour, but she could see Xerj's point. She disarmed, looking up at Xerj eagerly. "Y'mean it? I can go home to visit?!" She stood on her toes excitedly, bouncing.

Xerj smiled. "so long as you promise to behave and not give away too much about master Florian's castle... I can definitely arrange it. I do wish you'd allow me to give you the darkness infusion, if only so that you would be able to visit your town freely... not to mention control the heartless enough to ward them from attacking the people there.

Chiasa leapt into the air and landed on the bed, a relaxed sigh emitting from her as she sunk into the cool, soft blankets. "Aaah! This bed ain't bad at all!" She shut her eyes momentarily and smiled. "Soooo comfyyyy...Hm??" She looked back up at Xerj. "I always behave myself. I'm delightful." She paused thoughtfully before shrugging. "I dunno, mister...it's been sucha burden on Florian, I don't want to end up like that..."

"much of that burden comes from the fact he was chased by the heartless so far... and the fact he found his father's keepsake in the third district, broken and dirtied." Xerj said. "He's told me that story several times now. To run from the heartless so desperately, and then to find that the father you wished to find is gone..." Xerj said, shaking his head. "It's clearly changed how he thinks of the world."

Chiasa grew sad listening to Xerj, rolling onto her side, facing him. "That is so sad...I feel awful for him, I do, but..." She closed her eyes and sighed. "This is a lot ta take in. Y'can't expect me t'just do something so drastic. I'll...I'll stick around, for his sake, not just 'cause I've gotta. S'you can let him know that I won't try to leave, at the very least..." She curled up tightly, staring at Xerj. "I still don't even know who you are, really."

Xerj gave her a strange look at that point. "A Traveler. One who's world was eaten by the heartless, and seeks to put an end to such conflicts." Xerj answered her, before walking away.

Chiasa blinked, staring after Xerj as he walked away. "That didn't answer anything. I'm more confused than I was before I asked." She rolled onto her back once more, stretching with a sigh. "I'm gonna be here forever."

Chiasa raised an eyebrow as the doors closed, glancing at Xerj cautiously. "Mmmm...I dunno...goin' home just about covers my desires." Almost as if on cue, her stomach growled. "Err. Heheh. Maybe a snack before bed would be nice?"

Xerj snaps his fingers, as what seem to be heartless with mushroom heads appear. Contrary to the violent feel of their compatriots, these heartless seem to give off a calm, excited aura, and their white cloaks and curious expressions seemed to express curiosity more than anything.
Xerj looks at one of them. "Make Lady Chiasa whatever snack she might like." Xerj tells him, before the mushroom heartless takes a fierce expression, putting on an apron and pulling out a wooden spoon from seemingly nothing.
Xerj looks back to Chiasa. "In all seriousness... tell me whatever dreams you might have. I will make it my job to see all of them come to fruition." He tells her with a smile.

"Aaaah! That's crazy!" Chiasa sat up in the bed and bounced up and down with wide eyes, pointing at the heartless. "Lemon cupcakes!" As Xerj spoke again, she scratched her head. "Really, I dunno. There ain't much I care to have. I just want my friends to be safe. S'long as the townspeople and Teldranis are a-okay, I'd be happy just to know that. S'why I came here. I'm not even mad at Snowcone anymore. Unless he tries turning my friends into popsicles again. Then we're gonna have words."

The mushroom heartless put on a chef's hat and gave a short salute, before hopping out of the chamber.
Xerj nodded at that. "I will see to it to the best of my ability they remain safe, then." Xerj told her. "I promise that." He said, walking out of the room.

Chiasa smiled sweetly back. "Remember, y'promised!" She waited in bed excitedly for the cupcakes she had requested, looking at the Heartless curiously.

Xerj is silent as he leaves the chamber, the mushroom heartless appearing shortly after with a tray of muffins, tripping on his way in, but in such a manner the tray manages to land perfectly on the bed. Getting up with a scratch of it's head, it holds it's head out as though it's trying to hear something, miming it's wish to hear an opinion on it's food.

Chiasa picked up one of the muffins and squealed. "It smells sooo good!" She looked at the heartless, a little apprehensive, but slowly took a bite. Her eyes widened and she practically inhaled the rest of the muffin. "Ish sho good!" She complimented with a full mouth. "I guesh yer no' sho bad affer awl." She covered her mouth with a free hand and finished chewing. "Ahhhh! Thank youuuu!" Chiasa grinned and picked up another muffin eagerly.

The heartless gave a small bow, falling over due to it's top-heaviness, before getting up with a small shake. Xerj did not re-enter, and the heartless stood up and looked around in the chamber, bouncing to and fro in a lazy manner, before stopping near the south wall, seeming to examine what on closer inspection was a hole.

Chiasa gave a curious glance at the heartless. "Whatcha lookin' at over there, little guy?" She finished what was now her third muffin and stood up from the bed, walking to where the heartless was. "What'sis? A hole? But it's pretty smaaall...what could be on the other side?" She squinted and leaned over to try and see through the hole.

in the hole, Chiasa would see what seemed to be a multitude of heartless in a silver chamber, all surrounding Xerj.
Xerj himself seemed to be bowing to someone in the room.
"...Would be a waste. She should be left to her own devices. The augmentation is for those eager to use darkness, not those reluctant." Xerj said.
"Those eager for it are those meant to serve. Just like Young Florian. You're opposing me quite strongly on this issue, Xerj. Is that reluctance I sense?"
"Don't be foolish. you know exactly what I am... Nobodies do not have hearts." He said to the screen.
"Then follow the logical course of action and turn her. She would be a true leader of the darkness, unlike the ridiculous Florian."
Xerj stooped for a few more seconds in silence, before nodding. "...Understood." He said, before striding out of the chamber.

Chiasa's blood ran cold and she choked on a gasp as Xerj left the room she had been spying on. She ran back to the bed and scrambled under the covers, pulling them over her head. No, no, no...what am I gonna do...Teldranis was right, I'm so stupid!

Shortly afterwards, Chiasa would hear a click to her door, as Xerj entered, wearing his mask of a smile once more. "Chiasa... I'd like you to see something." He called into the room.

Chiasa slowly brought the covers down below her eyes, noticeably trembling. She swallowed the lump in her throat. "I-I'm in bed, I don't really wanna see anything! I...I think I'm getting a cold! Or...the flu! I think I ate too many muffins!" She sniffled loudly and coughed, hiding meekly behind the cover.

"...I insist, Lady Chiasa." Xerj said. "This chamber needs to be... cleaned, and it's quite necessary you come with me." Xerj says to her, before snapping his fingers, the bedsheets returning to the darkness that formed them. "This isn't up for discussion."

Chiasa yelped as the sheets disappeared and frowned. "What if I was naked, huh!?" She crossed her arms over her chest tightly. "I really don't feel like it today. Maybe tomorrow. Or somethin'. Can I puhleeeeease just go to sleep?"

"I'm above such transient things as nudity." Xerj said, "And like I said... this isn't up for discussion. Magnet." Xerj said, energy swirling in front of him as he allowed himself to feel the universe, shaping the particles in front of him to create a gravitic pull designed to pull Chiasa, specifically, off of the bed.

Chiasa scrambled to grab the headboard of the bed, trying to grab on to avoid being pulled in. She yelped as she was pulled away before she could grip it and found herself suspended in air in front of Xerj. "Aaah...this...this isn't fair..." She remained there helplessly, distress hinted in her features. "Whaddaya want from me?"
