To become one of the 13 of Organization XIII you must either...
A. Defeat the current number you wish to obtain
B. Prove yourself more worthy of the number than the current member, to Xemnas
C. If there is a Vacant seat you must spar either the strongest subordinate of that number or spar Xemnas.
