Drive Forms

Drive Forms
Exclusive to Keyblade Wielders, Drive Forms bring out the inner power of the wielder to a surprising and lethal extent. The Drive Form transforms the wielder into a more powerful version of themselves, usually based on an aspect of their ability, personality, or another powerful influence. Some examples of Drive Forms are Riku's Dark Mode, Sora's Valor Form, Sora's Anti-Form, and so on.
To obtain a Drive Form, you must first obtain a means to call out your inner power. This is usually done by learning how and obtaining the means from a Keyblade Master (or Fake Keyblade Master). (It will likely come in the form of an article of clothing, which must be protected for you to be able to access your Drive Form.) You must also be of at least 600 exp to even consider gaining this form.
Once you obtain your Drive Form, it must be leveled up in ability over the course of your story. It will enhance your normal state and your Drive state when mastered fully. There are seven stages, each with their own requirements to master.
All Drive Forms are unique to their wielders, and feature unique abilities and bonuses. You are, however, only limited to one. (So no copying Sora, who had like seven...) The Drive Form is also not an Ultimate Release, so it only takes on one aspect of your ability. I.E. It will feature enhanced endurance for defense-oriented characters, two keyblades for attack-oriented characters, or floating and ranged magic attacks for magic wielders. It is, under no circumstances, equivalent to the Master Form or higher that is accessible by Sora.
See Drive Form Template for more details.

Drive Form abilities are unique abilities or attacks found in your Drive State. These can range from being able to telekinetically wield your keyblades to shooting spheres of energy out of the end, or it can be a unique technique.
Drive Form bonuses are boosts to your power that only apply in your Drive Form state. They last as long as the Drive Form lasts and can range from simple speed bonuses to unlocking passive upgrades to specific abilities or features of your character.
Normal State bonuses are unlocks given to your character when obtained, and can be accessed outside of your Drive State. They are passive abilities or upgrades, such as gliding in the air, and are upgraded over time when reaching mastery.
Drive Form Ultimate abilities are final attacks that fully drain your Drive State and extend the recharge time considerably. They deal impressive damage, but are limited to one use per battle.
All Drive Forms are unique to their wielders, and feature unique abilities and bonuses. You are, however, only limited to one. (So no copying Sora, who had like seven...)
