Heartless vengeance

[Darkside]

The giant continues walking in the realm of darkness, hungering, as it always hungered, for hearts. Seeing none in this realm, it chose instead to wander, in it's bulky shape.
Feeling a call suddenly, it saw a town, with a district huddled with people, and an odd being it had not seen before in it's decades of life - but all obviously possessed a heart. The creature felt an odd compulsion forced upon it to eat the one with the armor the same color as it's eyes, the second time the being had felt a master touch it's mind before, and immediately opened a portal, seeking to go there as it was called to.

[Darkside]

The creature brought itself forward into the square, appearing as a murky shadow underneath the middle of the square, before its body slowly floated upwards from the murky miasma, It's massive size dwarfing all others in the area. Looking around the area, the giant considered eating all these people in one swipe, but a voice within his head commanded him to focus on just one of them. The gold-armored being stood just in front of him, and the heartless creature immediately grabbed for him, seeking to crush him quickly, so that it might follow it's other murderous urges.

[Teldranis]

Teldranis looked up at the gigantic heartless, deeply wishing he had some form of rest before fighting such a titan. He held no illusion about this being's purpose. "Leave this place, dark one. You will only find death here." Teldranis told it.

[Jaixe]

A howl of rage rang out and was accompanied with a beam of dark energy aimed at the titan's arm. It emerged from a nearby Dark Corridor, recently formed and violently shifting about. Jaixe quickly emerged from it, alongside eight other Heartless, six Neoshadows, and two Green Requiems. Jaixe stormed forth, firing another beam of dark energy at the Darkside, attempting to command it with its own thoughts and establish dominance. HE IS MINE, NEVER YOURS!

A trio of Neoshadows surrounded Teldranis, two of them morphing and holding the Protoss down with a third seeming to guard him. The remaining Neoshadows were grouped with Jaixe, alongside the Green Requiems. It was odd, to see Heartless come to the rescue of someone it hated.

[Darkside]

The Darkside looked back, confused, as the first beam struck it, causing some damage and pushing it back, and put it's hands up in an attempt to ward off the attack from a fellow heartless. It felt a compulsion from the other being to stop what it was doing, but the compulsion it felt to crush the protoss was still stronger. If it was capable of speech it would have given a whimper, not wishing to deal with such complications in it's life, but after a few seconds chose to charge it's fist with energy, attempting to smash the protoss.

[Teldranis]

"Urk!" Teldranis struggled, first thinking that these other heartless must be the large one's bodyguards, but stopped as he watched a dark beam strike the large heartless. "I've never seen this behavior from them before..." Teldranis thought aloud.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe growled, casting his energy outwards to create an event horizon to stop the fist from moving further. You will be DESTROYED! He roared again at the Darkside, leaping up its arm and then again to its face. He clawed at it, launching yet another shadow beam from said claw.

[Darkside]

The Darkside, panicked, reared back up to it's full height, releasing a few shadows from it's fist as it did so, the beings falling helplessly to the ground, with one of the three simply splattering, while the other two merely followed their instincts, attempting to slash the protoss.
The darkside, for it's part, was entirely confused. It had never been attacked by another heartless before, but decided it would make an exception for it's unspoken truce with other heartless, and made a slow swat for it's attacker.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe conjured a shield of dark energy for a brief moment to take the fist dead on and to allow him to land back on his feet, where he could actually maneuver. Jaixe conjured a trio of orbs around his hand, hurling dark bolts of energy at the Darkside as he ran.

The neoshadows that were free to assist Jaixe immediately engaged the shadows that were formed, swatting them away without even so much as hesitation in their actions. Out of all of the Heartless there, there seemed to be a primal rage emanating from them. Thought out of all of them, none could compare to what energy and hatred seemed to be haunting around Jaixe himself right now.

[Darkside]

The darkside was unable to dodge any of Jaixe's strikes, eventually deciding instead on simply charging up energy in his broken heart area, charging it up before releasing it into the air in a rage, no longer following it's master's directives and simply unleashing a rain of energy on any being nearby.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe managed to dodge one of the orbs, though one of the Neoshadows wasn't so lucky. So caught up in destroying one of the shadows, it was crushed underneath one of the orbs and dispersed upon impact. The Neoshadow guarding Teldranis was more aware, however, and struck at the orb, attempting to deflect it. Jaixe retaliated by hastily charging up another beam of dark energy and firing it at the titanic heartless.

[Darkside]

The giant, bothered by the blasts,put up one of it's hands to block but was a little late, the beam striking it's side, before it retaliated by punching the ground hard, Releasing several shadows in the process. it was disturbed by the strength it's opponent had, and didn't want to get dispersed again. It hated being dispersed.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe narrowly dodged from where the Darkside slammed into the ground and created a wake of dark energy around the impact sight. He was confused at first, before noticing the Shadows that were emerging from the dark pool. Annoyed, he ordered his allied Neoshadows, the fallen one revived by its comrades now, to deal with them while Jaixe remained focused on the Darkside.

[Darkside]

Pulling back it's massive chest, the giant concentrated on it's intent to destroy these annoying beings - they were supposed to be his comrades, for goodness sake! And combined that anger into a ball of energy in the middle of it's chest, firing homing balls of darkness in a staggered but numerous array of homing blasts, the majority aimed for Jaixe.
The shadows would attempt, clumsily, to slash at the neo-shadows, but lacked any reasoning or organization to do so effectively, all attacking from the same angle.

[Jaixe]

Again?! Jaixe was increasingly annoyed by this titan heartless's persistence, feeling the rage that was aimed towards everyone present, but especially Jaixe himself. He wasn't about to be outdone by any of that, though. He slide with a high speed manuever directly to the side, bolting away from a number of the dark spheres before launching yet another beam of dark energy at the Darkside.

The Neoshadows, more organized in their hatred, were unrelenting in their assault against the Shadows. With the Green Requiems healing them ever so often, it was difficult for the lesser Shadows to dispel one of their stronger cousins.

[Darkside]

The Darkside growled, feeling pain again - a feeling it wasn't used to. Retracting it's hand, it turned away from Jaixe, before creating more shadows, punching it's hand into the ground while relying on it's new position to help protect it from being hit easily.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe hissed in frustration, morphing as he ordered his Neoshadows to hold their line in the sand. He went around the Darkside, and leapt outward, casting bolts of dark energy at the large Heartless to continue to draw its attention and attempting to find a means to defeat it or force it to flee.

[Darkside]

The darkside felt the blows pepper his thankfully more armored arm, as it released more shadows to support the pair of remaining shadows. Realizing it probably couldn't continue this process, the heartless charged energy into it's hand, preparing to release it into the sky...

[Jaixe]

(Double Dark Rain (DDR, lulz!) with Rain and Agent!)

Jaixe gathered dark energy into his own hand as well, launching the sphere into the air and causing a detonation well above the two of them. Jaixe's dark energy missiles began raining down around them, striking at the Darkside and the Ocassional Shadow. He knew of the Darkside's intentions, and desired to mimic it in this case, as it prepared to use slide to dash out of the way of incoming attacks.

The Neoshadows continued their push, well supported by the Green Requiems. Though they took damage, simply because there were a significant number more Shadows than there were Neoshadows, the healing prevent the dispersal of all but one, which was soon revived during the small skirmish.

[Darkside]

The Darkside seemed panicked, as it realized it's opponent could do the same trick. It was a darkside! It's opponents were all tiny compared to it. How was something smaller matching him blow for blow. As the energy rain fell, it mostly focused on Jaixe himself, though an occasional bolt fell for the neo-shadows, and the Darkside realized that none of it's attacks were working. Not seeing another way to handle the situation, the Darkside charged energy into it's hand, before attempting another punch at Jaixe, aware the attack was useless.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe slide across the ground twice, trails and tendrils of dark energy being left in his wake as he found himself surprised by the incoming fist. Managing to angle it slightly better, Jaixe was still hit and cast backwards a small distance by the attack, frustrated with himself for even allowing it to connect. This was a lesser heartless, compared to him, he shouldn't let any attack get through. Still, Jaixe recovered quickly and began channeling dark energy into his hand, the same energy seeping and pouring out of the cracks along his body.

[Darkside]

The Darkside's Arm stayed in the ground, creating more shadows to replace the mostly-destroyed ones, as it frantically scrambled it's brain on what to do next. It was very damaged, the being's hits continuing to directly strike it, though it knew it still could take a bit of a pounding... but it had no way of stopping it's opponent. The Darkside had no answers for what it should do next.

[Jaixe]

The three Neoshadows were making no progress in their attempts to push back their smaller enemy counterparts, though at the very least they held their ground. When one was damaged, it was healed, when one was being overwhelmed, it was supported. How they were truly managing such cooperation was uncertain, but it was better than what the Darkside was performing with his Shadows.

Jaixe, infuriated at the Darkside now, launched himself towards the Darkside, using slide to get close to it and then blasted it in the face with a dark beam of energy, overcharged for more effectiveness even. DIE NOW! DIE AND DEPART FROM THIS WORLD!

[Darkside]

The shadows, despite their numbers, could not coordinate well enough to gain true ground on the neo-shadows, not intelligent enough to react to the morphing of their more advanced counterparts.
The Darkside would have howled if it had lips, as it felt it's essence leaving it's body, dark wisps of energy appearing out of it. With one last attacked, it attempted simply to grab at the being that was causing it pain and injury - Jaixe himself.

[Jaixe]

Jaixe howled at the Darkside, sliding away and then sprinting up its arm with dark energy swirling around his sharp claws. His eyes burned with a killing intent, a dark passion or negative emotion. BECOME ONE WITH THE DARKNESS! His thoughts bore into the mind of his enemy's, as he swung down with one claw and released a beam of energy at the withering Darkside, attempting to seal his doom.
