Trial of 100
Nol was unfortunately entering a new world for the first time, however he didn't know how to disengage his gummi ship, so as you might notice if you looked up a falling man about to slam down onto the ground screaming at the top of his lungs. He was lucky that the 'ground' he was about to land on as actually part of a cloud which when he hit it and bounced a bit he began to catch his breath as he gave a released sigh. "Oh god thank goodness I landed on something soft, I thought I was dead." He said as he soon looked around.

His now toy form gummi ship landing on his head as he placed it into his pocket for later, however he had to wonder where he was now? He was standing in front of a large Colosseum like door and all around him the ground was actually clouds, cream colored clouds which was odd. Looking over said cloud he saw Greek buildings of the old times, but what really made him surprised was that he could see other places or other clouds that had buildings too.

Re: Trial of 100
Piecing things together he soon found out that maybe, just maybe, he was on... "I'm on mount Olympus?! I couldn't have died did I? No no, the ship log said this was another world before I pressed the wrong button, so I really am on mount Olympus, and that makes this the famous Colosseum games. If only the historians could see this for themselves, they would die from joy!"

Re: Trial of 100
Laughing he decided it would be best to just head on in, no point in waiting out here when he could explore a god-like world but he would have to be careful. He heard enough Greek stories to know he shouldn't step on any hero's or god's toes or end up being turned into some hideous monster or banished to another realm like the underworld. And from his knowledge that was part of Greek myth as well so yes, don't anger the gods, priority number 1 on his list.

Re: Trial of 100
Going up to the gates of the Colosseum he pushed hard against them, they weren't as easy to open as one would think but he was capable and able to actually budge it fairly well. entering the grounds he looked all around as people began cheering and raving, the door shutting behind him as he seemed to be actually entering the stadium as a warrior and not a spectator, a kinda bad situation as he just realized this as the gate shut behind him.

Re: Trial of 100
Hearing the announcer call out as the sound echoed across the large mass of people and nearly stifled there cheers for a moment he could only stand still and listen as he gulped a bit. "Now entering a new challenger to the games! This man will soon endure the trial of 100 enemies with no breaks or chances to rest in between, lets see if he can or will he fall like the others before him!"

"W-wait! I didn't mean too-!" Not even getting a say in the matter soon a umber of heartless began to appear in the arena, only 10 of them however but he knew full well that he would have to battle all 100 of the heartless when they came. It seemed they were only shadows but he still didn't put his guard down as he got into a stance and grumbled to himself "Fudge, why me..."

Re: Trial of 100
Watching them all seem to creep up together, they would more or less attack and leap at him in mass and try to over whelm him to the point where he wouldn't be able to move or do anything. Waiting for one of them to come closer than the rest as it leaped at him he snatched the small creature form the air by its leg and spin in place. Using the creature like a club he batted them all away before they go to close however it only worked in knocking them all back and killing the one he grabbed.

Re: Trial of 100
Not wishing to nominally attack only a few of them so that the other shadows could simply flank him he kept his distance and used his Fire spell. Shooting a small bolt of fire at one of the shadows, however it didn't do to much damage he tired it once again and this time it seemed to kill the creature. Seeing the others finally get up and flatten themselves down to tr an attack form bellow he already knew of a way to counter this.

Re: Trial of 100
Using Quake stomp as soon as they all got too close it destroyed them all instantly as he had charged up enough of his physical power to just send a shock wave threw them to deal just enough damage. However this was just the first match, he still had a lot more to deal with as the announcer stated, "This warrior fights very differently than any we've seen, lets see if he can handle the next wave!"

Re: Trial of 100
Ready for what ever they would be throwing at him this time he waited and soon saw around 10 shadows but 5 solider heartless locking onto him and ready to fight as well. He knew that fighting the soldiers would make it easier but the shadows in such abundance would make it hard to actually do anything with them basically in such a large mass so he went with just fighting them back so he could have enough room.

Re: Trial of 100
Watching them scatter around him this time they attacked more in a one by one manner than striking all at the same time, this made it hard to actually hit them all at once like before. Striking one with his elbow and then slapping it away another one soon clinged to his back, scratching him as he dropped back and simply landed strait on it by slamming into the ground, a bit reckless but it did kill it.

Re: Trial of 100
Seeing two of them jump up to try and latch onto his body he used his fire spell on one to send it flying back while using his foot to stop it and then stomp it into the ground and basically out of existence. However this seemed easy one of the soldiers came up and this time eh actually had to brawl with it as it swung and tried to slash him with its sharp claws. Only countering with basically using his Imperial Wall technique to stop its attacks and then striking it with a knee then a kick and finally a strike at its head to kill it.

Re: Trial of 100
Finding one nipping at his leg he simply kicked it in the head and began to stomp on its smaller body, having no real remorse for it as it died however he still had a small army left to handle as he panted slightly and grabbed one of the soldiers by its leg as he Slip Charged past it and to avoid some attacks from the shadows. Using it like a club he spin in places but also pivoted to move around a bit as he struck and slammed the medium sized creature against anything near by.

Re: Trial of 100
Since it was a bit more durable it lasted longer as a 'weapon' than a simple shadow and this worked in his favor to KO more of the shadows in his path before finally he slammed his 'weapon' down on top of one of the soldiers heads to kill them both under the impact. Seeing that he had only on soldier left to fight he just waited for it to come to not waist his energy as he avoided its attacks only to grab its wrist and continue to pummel it till it faded away into nothing.

Re: Trial of 100
Feeling the burn of fighting so many at one time he was starting to feel pretty tired, and he was only a quarter of the way done with this, when they said this was a trial they meant it. "Only a quarter of the way there, will he make it or fall to what is to come!" the announcer stated as Nol soon used cure on himself, he felt a bit drained in the magic area but he would try not to use as many spells when he could fight using brawn.

Re: Trial of 100
With the next wave came what seemed to be more ranged types of heartless, or better known as a crimson jazz. He remembered these guys and new they tend to fire off bolts of fire at a distance, not a good thing as it would mean he would have to get up close to them in order to strike them down. However they typically had a small life span and would take only one or two strong hits before going down so taking the 10 that popped up shouldn't be too hard.

Re: Trial of 100
Watching as they all backed up and began to charge there shots to fire at him he waited and remembered a spell that was in his book, it as a reflecting spell and would possibly work for this moment. So he waited for them to fire at him he used said spell and the attacks seemed to rebound off but he counter attacked by firing a ray of light at them all. And amazingly enough it worked to not only hit them all but destroy them all with not much effort but he was very low on magicka energy now.

Re: Trial of 100
"Crap, I...cant take much more, I better try to keep calm before the next wave gets here and takes advantage of it..." Panting he was really feeling like he couldn't do this but he had the endurance and will power to keep going no matter what as the crowd cheered louder. It seemed they were very much enjoying the show he was putting on for them as he nearly forgot he as fighting for there entertainment instead of just to fight for some random event.

Re: Trial of 100
"It seems he dispatched those batch of enemy's post haste, lets see how he dose against a more varied number of them!" The announcer proclaimed as another group of them spawned, this time it was 10 soldiers and 5 crimson jazz's. This would be another hard, one, the jazz's would snipe him while he was fighting the foot soldiers so he would have to prioritize which to take down first.

Re: Trial of 100
Choosing to stand his ground and wait for the ranged heartless to try and fire at him first as the soldiers began to surround him he ducked and grabbed one of them yet again by the leg. There size making it easy to do this as he could use the creature to slam down on the solider that came too close and even use as a simple shield for the ranged attacks till its usefulness was used up when it vanished from the excessive damage.

Re: Trial of 100
He felt like he was running low on moves to use now as the heartless began to avoid him and trying to get back so that the ranged heartless could pick him off form a distance. but he was nimble enough to not get hit to many times by the small fire bolts. But now seeing that they would probably think smarter he would have to be more courageous about attacking and so he charged strait into the group of them recklessly it seemed.

Re: Trial of 100
However in pretty much charging them all it pretty much left him open to being dog piled on and attacked from all sides, this was what he wanted. Using what was left of his magicka energy to cast another reflect it knocked away and struck most of the heartless around him except the crimson jazz's still staying away from and him firing shots from afar however with most of the soldiers gone and with a few nicely timed attacks they were all gone.

Re: Trial of 100
Taking a knee he panted a lot more, he was physically tired and was nearly out of magicka energy, how can anyone complete such a task when he was barely half way done? He would have to use a energy conservation technique his style normally implemented when under stress from fighting so much, and no it wasn't hibernation, more like a stall for time move by not doing much in return.

Re: Trial of 100
"50 done, 50 more to go, but it looks like our hero is on his last legs, he might not even make it past our special challenge!" Summoning two creatures this time by the looks of it it was those huge belly creatures that were immune to physical damage form the front. "These two will be worth 5 enemy's each, now begin the next round!" The voice called out as Nol stood up, a bit shaken but he was glad it was these creatures actually.
