Coming out of his home near around midnight Nol, a simple teacher with a bit of skill in some area's not relating to teaching you what a cell was composed of, was walking into the night. He had a mission in mind and it was to simple figure out where all the Heartless activity was originating from, he himself could deal with many of the smaller heartless and even do well enough against a small group of them with out any major injury but when it came down to it he was a noob in fighting stronger ones unlike keyblade wielders.

Strait ahead near the center of the plaza was a larger than normal Heartless, this one however it was about the size of a large human, having a big belly and all black in color. This didn't look like he would be able curb stomp into nothingness like he did for those imps as he took off his glasses, "Why me...?" He groaned and rushed towards the large creature, ready to fight none the less.

Taking the first strike he seemed to impact the monster with his fist but it bounced off its large belly, it seemed to jiggle around but as soon as he noticed his physical attack didn't do much the creature jumped up and tried to belly flop on top of him. Nol however was quick to jump to the side as it smashed into the ground, getting back up as it hit its belly a few times, if physical hits wouldn't do much he would have to get a bit creative then.

Looking at the creatures head and feet he wondered if sweeping it would help, well nothing beat trying it out as avoiding large rounded stretchy fists were not something he enjoyed doing in his free time especially being knocked back by a sly shot by it. Dashing forward he waited a bit till it threw a punch, grazing past his arm as he slid and grabbed its legs, yanking as he slid along and ultimately making it topple over on its stomach. It seemed to work to at least distract it and keep it slightly unguarded as he noticed its back seemed fairly unprotected and strait, maybe that was its weak point.

Testing this theory he decided to try jumping and stomping on it, kinda like Mario dose to little mushroom men. However he focused in on striking at its back and seemed to get a much better result from it as it slammed into the monster and made it flatten a second then bounce up, causing him to fall over form the suddenness of it as well as make the large monster flop over to the side.

It wasn't dead but he knew that if he did something like that again which actually if he were paying attention caused a small quake under his strike, he could probably take it down. Seeing it get up and get a bit more aggravated by being hit in the back it fired one of those missile things he saw before, jumping back but not far enough it send him back a bit more than he wanted and ultimately stumbling into a near by wall.

"Dang it, I know I'm not old but this is definitely getting old." Getting up after rubbing his head from hitting the hard stone wall he watched as it attempted to charge strait at him, probably to ram its body against the wall and squash him in the process. Not having any of that he focused and lifted up his leg, sending it into the ground soon after he caused a tremor once again, this time tripping the large monster as it fall back down on his belly.

Grabbing what seemed to be a simple rusty pipe near one of the trash cans he rushed forward and jumped up, shoving the pipe into its back. Luckily this attack seemed to kill the large over weight beast as he gave a sigh and tossed the pipe to the side, finally finished with his somewhat difficult fight, he was just lucky it was a little slower or he would have been in a lot more trouble.

But aside from this he seemed not so tired as he normally did, not to mention that tremor he caused, no normal person could do that just on a whim, especially not someone from this world. Maybe fighting more heartless was getting him in better shape, after all he did feel less like a tired teacher and more like a teenager the more he fought lately. But that would be something to think about for later, heading out now he began going to the path way he explored earlier, hoping to find out some more information related to the person who made this book.

Coming down the forest path once more he looked around, everything was creepier at night and shining his flash light all around to make sure he didn't get ambushed again by anything he was sure something was going to come out and try to murder him. Like this was a horror movie and the lone camper was going off into the woods to find out what happened to the missing friend only to be cut in half by the killer.

Coming past the stack of small stones he left in his path to mark where he left off before he knew he would be getting closer if he was passing this area. But to what he was getting closer was what he was trying to figure out, looking online it stated that a simple abandoned house was here but that only left more mystery to this puzzle as it also meant that hings could be happening at this house with out his knowledge.

It was soon that he came up to a large gate, breaking away from the constant foliage and tree's that were dotted along the path this seemingly old iron bar gate was not falling apart as he flashed his light on it and tired to open it. However it didn't budge much if at all, pulling it didn't seem to work either, and it didn't seem locked, oddly enough it looked like he was being pushed away from it by a small force.

Getting ready to give up he felt he book react to the gate as he pulled it out, it flipped to a page that had the drawing of a key blade on it. But it wasn't a real keyblade, no way it would just open up for a simple drawing, and well he was right about that as the gate didn't open up but it did summon a group of heartless for him to battle once again.

"Oh come on, more heartless? This place must be over run with these little bastards, oh well lets take care of them" He said under his breath as he let them come towards him however they seemed to flatten themselves onto the ground, appearing as simple shadows along the cold and dark pavement bellow. However he knew he couldn't strike at them normally he could at the very least try that stomping attack he did once before to maybe uplift them form the ground.

Using stomping quake the tremor seemed to knock up the 4 small heartless from the ground, damaging them a bit as he had an opportunity to strike while they were knocked up into the air. Making a swiping kick that knocked two out of the air and instantly turned them to dust he turned to the other two that seemed to be getting up, however he was more than ready to take care of them as well.

Being sure to close the distance he made with them he quickly grabbed one of the little buggers and threw him a a near by tree, the force he threw it as enough to make it vanish away into nothing as he seemed to not care about their small qualms. The next one he grabbed and flung strait at the gate, but when he did so a seemingly invisible wall showed up as it impacted it and vanished away.

It seemed like someone erected some kind of magical barrier to stop people from coming in, well this would be fun, time to consult the book about this. "Great, invisible walls, why cant there be something remotely simple to exploring places..." He said as he scratched his head, looking threw his book it talked about magicka and things related to casting simple spells.

This as a term that was new to him so he took the necessary time to actually read about this mystical force, of course he guessed it was like 'magic' however with a few extra letters added to it. So as he dove more into the book he found out he should start learning the beginner level spells and how they should be cast, the one that most caught his eye was the cure spell.

It seemed like a basic healing spell, pretty much to cure small wounds and scratches and judging by his body he needed some magical healing. Attempting to use it as the book directed him he didn't get much out of it, really he didn't even use the spell at all by the looks of it. This caused a slight bit of frustration but he tired once again, he really found this interesting and wnated to actually learn more about it.

It was then that he began to focus and clear his mind, now actually relaxed he was able to use the spell, it seemed he didn't have much of an affinity for magical energy as he hoped but he could learn and attempt to approve in this area. Really he expected not to do much when it was a new subject to him as he recovered some f the bites and scratches he took from his earlier fights.

Looking around he saw he wasn't being jumped again so he went along and began learning the more so offensive spells located in the book. They were basic and really thats what he needed, just the basics would do for him as he began to look into the Fire spell. A simple name for a simple effect, it allowed him to summon fire to damage and injure enemies.

This might prove a bit more difficult actually as it had a bit of a longer instruction manual on how to use said spell, firstly focusing on a hotter energy rather than a calming one. Secondly aiming it at a target threw your body or threw a weapon he may be wielding, and lastly ejecting it right before it burns up and almost hurts the user in the process.

Luckily he was well educated in following directions, well...anyone should be but he just felt he understood more when it was in text form rather than being spoken out loud or anything like that. Breathing in and out he placed the book away so he wouldn't mistakenly damage it with his fire if he could create it that is. now he looked around for target, a large rock off to the side looked like a nice open shot.

Firstly he formed the fire in his palms, being sure not to over compensate but not under compensate or it would vanish away or just be too hot for even him to hold. Then while he was concentrating he aimed and tired to shot it out, or in his case fling it at the rock but his aim seemed to be off as it instead hit the gate by mistake. Though he expected another wave of baddies to spawn instead the gate seemed to open for him, which made him wonder, why?

Walking in with not too much regard for what this house might be he wen to the door, not before looking around the large building a bit at what was going on. Touching the door it didn't seem to really do much, he expected another barrier but it looked like a simple large dual door as he went off inside of the deserted building. Well...seemingly deserted building...
